A young girl was walking through the park, enjoying the sunny day and the nice breeze that was blowing. Since there was a breeze though, Kira was making sure to hang onto her digimon that she had nicknamed, Turtle, because she had once found out the hard way that the digimon could float on the air since it was so light. She walked, humming a song to the digimon, as the digimon looked around, actually kind of bored.
Kira spotted some flowers and she said "Look Turtle! Let's go pick some flowers!" She hurried over to the group of wildflowers and knelt down and started to pick some, releasing a hand on Turtle as she did. A big gust of wind made her pigtails dance and just as it came, so Turtle went. The digimon managed to catch onto the wind and was now floating through the air.
The little girl's eyes widened and she said "No Turtle!" Keeping a strong grip on the flowers, she chased after the digimon. She couldn't quite reach it though since she was short, but the digimon was enjoying the ride.

The sight that was unfolding might have pulled on some heart strings of one certain brunette if she hadn't been so forcibly involved with it. Her hat was the lighter of the two objects wasn't as quick as the Digimon so one of two things was going to happen. One it be pleased to wear such a snazzy hat or two and the least desirable of the options; it got mad and destroyed it. She loved that hat it being a gift from her old soccer team she this was a heart stopping moment if there ever was one for her.
Everything was being silly though darting to right out of her grasp or a root catching on her toes and tripping her. She wasn't miss grace but this was unusual for her anyway to be this clumsy. It was probably the nerves, like a woman freaking out about her baby rolling into the road. Okay maybe she didn't love it that much but it was still pretty important to her. She plopped onto the grass and began to untie her boots. It didn't look like was it close to leaving the park so she decided to stop worrying for sanity's sake and watch and see.
Curling her now bare feet into the grass felt wonderful as she thought it would. Her socks were shoved firmly into her boots which leaned against the pesky root her that face planted her a moment ago. The wind wasn't all to violent after all, just a breeze in fact so she wasn't sure what she had fussed over in the first place. The little ones only usually blew bubbles anyway right? She laughed to herself, well it be a good thing too since it was getting a bit rank from wear and tear, typical really for an active girl such as herself.

Kira saw another girl, who had lost her hat but was seemingly just watching it. By now the hat had already caught up to Turtle and had in fact passed the digimon, when the digimon took a big breath of air, making itself grow bigger and then forcefully shoved the air out, causing it to catch up to the hat. So now it was riding inside the hat with an even happier look on it's face.
Eventually the breeze soon died down enough to where the hat, along with the digimon landed in the bush. Turtle began to hop up and down on it, wanting it to go up in the air again. He had enjoyed the ride.
Kira said "Turtle!" She was still kind of a little ways off, hoping that she would get to her digimon and to the hat before another gust of wind came.

taThe wind was being a tease today, dying down only to pick up again when she almost had her beloved hat. So it was no wonder that she hesitated to go chase after it again. She found what happened to be sweet but wasn't the sort to coo and awe at such a scene. Getting up she eyed her boots as if telling them to stay put before power walking over to the pair. Reaching for her hat she did so quickly. He didn't want to get bitten after all or see harm come to the pink and white accessory. She smiled the moment she put it firmly a top her head, the snug feel of its material brushing against her scalp making her feel all nogalistic and stuff.
Holding the top of her head partly in triumph and a bit in worry she looked down finally at the girl and ball of fluff. She mouthed a thank you to the latter even though it was probably only using it for a free ride. Whatever, it helped stop it in a way right? Right. Putting her free hand forward she slouched down slightly so she could look everyone in the eyes. "Hello, I'm Becky." She hated when adults did this to her, it was demeaning after all but she felt mighty awkward talking to the top of their heads. She'd have to remember this feeling the next time a grown-up seemingly insults her.

Kira soon caught up to Turtle and the hat and caught the digimon as he jumped into her arms. She sighed and she said "Turtle, don't do that again. I know you wanted to have fun, but that scared me."
She blinked as she watched the girl get down on her level and Kira smiled at her. She said "It's nice to meet you Becky. My name is Kira. Thanks for the help." She was thinking. What could she give the woman. Instantly she knew, she had the flowers in her hand that she could give the girl and she loved giving flowers. She said "Here you go, as thanks, some flowers for you! I hope you like them." She then held them out for Becky.
