Welcome to NeverWonderland. Wait...? Was that Never Wonder? You mean like Peter Pan and Alice and stuff right? Well, not exactly. In fact, not at all. NeverWonderland is an abandoned amusement park based on an island off the coast of Barroll Cove, NC. Barroll Cove itself being quite the metropolis and is known for it's good eats, nice city exposure and the perks of being a harbor city with a beach. However, with such a utopian like atmosphere always comes at a price. What truly runs the city are not the politics or authority, but rather the plethora of gangs and crime. Under the facade of a lovely city becomes a sleazy underground for drugs, sex, and manipulation.
A new street drug has flooded the East Coast. Pixie Dust. One hit can make you "Fly", a weekend will send you "Down the Rabbit Hole". Two gangs control the Dust trade; The Pan, who heads the notorious Lost Boys hoodlums, and Alice, the fierce leader of the Figments. Both find their headquarters at the aforementioned amusement park, NeverWonderland. A place that used to be known for it's never ending and wondrous serendipity. Now trashed, grazed and used as a figurative fortress. Despite the malicious undertone when describing the Figments and The Lost, they're actually the good face of the dark side of Barroll Cove.
The gangs are at constant odds with the corrupt Captain James Hook of the Barroll Cove Police Department, and the Red Queen, matriarch of the infamous Red Royal drug cartel, ruthless, and ever so evil. So have a bit of Pixie Dust and Fly into a world of seductive Mermaids, battle-scarred Indians, and a booby-trapped fun-house. Once you pass Through the Dusty Looking-Glass, nothing is ever as it appears.
