Jay walked down the streets of Japan with Ace on his head happily taking in the scenery around them. This is something that was not used to the the hustle and the bustle of these streets. There were people everywhere and it was only the middle of the day. How could people be this free during the day. Back home where he was from people usually had a job that kept them busy, but he had to remind himself that this was not back home and this was Japan.
Ace bounced up and down as they passed a food shop. Jay had not noticed how hungry he was until his stomach started growling as well. "Seems you and I are on the same page." Ace replied happily with a bounce as the two walked into the place looking for a place to sit. They got a few strange looks but none to make them feel out of place. Jay and Ace sat at a table that was open by the window that way the could look at the hustle of everybody's life. As they waited for a waiter the looked at the menu trying to figure out what would please their hunger.

"Listen up, Nami!"
School ended early today, allowing Juniors of the local highschool to spend their time freely this Thursday afternoon. The reason? Non could really care much less, for they were getting more time to spend in hobbies, friends or what else. For that reason, Kaiki's was able to swoop Nami -- his Digital partner -- off his room as soon as he got home, leaving before even arriving and allowing his Lessons About Life for the little Lunamon to begin. This time, it was a meal out, for more than one reason.
Nami, as usual, radiated with eagerness and determination, for she was learning bit by bit about the life of her beloved K-sama, slowly getting used to living as a human and perhaps one day adjusting herself and even find an independent job. Though, with the rate things were going at, such was quite unlikely, as most information given proved to be useless, if not even false. Yet, she never doubted her master's wisdom, carefully taking to heart every word that comes out of his mouth. He was dependable - few could tell for the facade he constantly pulls - and Nami knew it best. She was practically raised by the boy since she was just a DigiEgg.
"Humans- No, living creatures must each learn to get their own food for living, whenever it's for survival or joy. But! There are times where one's usual resource would lack, thus other ones must be found! If you live a variable lifestyle, it is sure to be more interesting! Got it!?"
"Yes-desu, K-sama!"
The wolf-eared boy nodded to himself in satisfaction; he was raising a good student that is very easily fooled. Besides the fact he liked the burgers served in that restaurant, there was also the fact today specifically Fuuko was absent, and Tousen has been on an important cruise for three days now. Kaki, being the fanatic he was, despite coming to favor a few cook characters, had no time to learn how to make food for he was busy with schoolwork, games and a young Digimon in need of teaching. Thus -- today was a lunch out.
"Hello-- Ahh!!"
His loud greeting to anybody inside was soon cut off by shock in the face of a completely full house. Besides one table with one more chair free by the window, all seats were taken by large adults all wearing the same shirt in style. Perhaps some sports team party? Needless to say, this was a real killer for the cheerful one's plans, seeing how there is no free seat anywhere. Nami was confused, wondering to herself if it's always been like this, though as soon as the stressed waitress arrived to welcome the two new guests the answer was quite clear.
"I-, Irashaimase--"
"Anri! You never told me this was happening today!!"

As Jay stared at the menu trying to decide what he would want to eat his attention was broken by a loud hello in the room. His eyes just like everybody else gazed on the young man. Interesting he thought to himself, but what caught his attention more was the digimon that was with him. Jay looked away and back down at his menu trying to figure out what he should do. Was this a good guy or one of those shady figures from Pandora. He had no way of really finding out unless he went to talk to the guy.
They did in fact have two open seats with them and those two had no where else to sit. As he sat there trying to think he could feel the eyes of Ace glaring at him. Great now Ace was probably wondering what he would do, and he still did not ever know yet. "Ace its rude to stare you know that..." Jay looked up as Ace was no where to be seen.
Until he saw Ace near the waitress at the front of the restaurant. Jay grunted and watched from a distance wondering what Ace would say. Ace bounced his way over to the young male and his digimon with a quickness not trying to get stepped on. "Hello my name is Ace, if you need a place to sit you can join Jay my tamer and I at our table...? He looked up the young male waiting his answer.
