i had originally pm'ed this too you, before you're digi-line was accepted. i was being all impatient about plotting with you i guess... /shot/ anyway~

riley's a suck-up! she plays 'prince charming' for anyone her father tells her to. even if that means parading some snobby girl around and buying her things.

so maybe they meet for the first time and riley is being pushed around by someone; made to carry a bunch of bags, dishing out money for more stuff that she'll have to carry, carrying out whatever whims come to the rich brat's mind. while the brat isn't looking, riley glares and shows how much she can't stand her company. so vaan asks her why she's doing it to start with?

whether or not he realizes riley's a girl would be up to you but, either way, riley would say that it's because the brat is the daughter of a very important business associate of her father. vaan disliking suck-ups aside, he's outgoing and honest so maybe he ends up dragging riley around or something. trying to pull her away from doing everything her daddy tells her to do.

and she can probably give him a nice mental challenge now and then, since she's really smart. and she doesn't know many people her own age, aside from whiny rich kids that she plays dog for, because she didn't go to any real school.

so... yeah. maybe friends or something? got any thoughts or suggestions? or, you know, just tell me to get lost? xD that icon of bel is like the cutest icon ever. makes me wanna go watch reborn.

-RILEY && VAAN- As I stated before, I love your idea! It fits what Vaan would do. I'm sure that after he hopefully breaks her out of the "whatever daddy says goes" mentality, they'll be great pals! And I doubt Vaan would pay attention to what her gender is & most likely assume boy. this could lead to further lol's later.
